Reservation Policy:

The Santa Monica campsite management reserves plots/rental units on the basis of a reservation request. Plot or mobile home requests will be taken into account as far as possible. However, the administration reserves the right to change the confirmed pitch numbers at any time and to allocate equivalent replacements. The plot/rental unit will be kept free until 20.00. Afterwards it will be disposed of, unless the reception is informed about a later arrival. By reserving a plot or rental accommodation, the guest agrees to the reservation rules/regulations.

Reservation pitches:

After accepting our offer, you pay CHF 120.00 within 10 days (bank charges are to be paid by the customer). Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as your deposit is received in the bank account. The balance for the plot rental is due upon arrival, but no later than the day before departure. We accept reservations for the high season for min. 5 nights, for low season for min. 3 nights against.

Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the campsite. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount for the total duration of the reserved stay is to be paid. In case of early departure or cancellation, the administration has the right to dispose of the plot.

The plot is at your disposal from 13.00 on the day of arrival and until 11.00 on the day of departure.

Reservation rental accommodation:

After accepting our offer, you pay CHF 120.00 within 10 days (bank charges are to be paid by the customer). Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as your payment is received in the bank account. If the payment is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically deleted. The balance of the rent is due upon arrival. Length of stay for reservations can be found in the price list-rental accommodation. Special requests on request. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the campsite. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount for the total duration of the reserved stay is to be paid. In case of early departure or cancellation, the management has the right to dispose of the rental unit. Subletting of the object is not allowed or only after agreement. The rights arising from the contract may not be assigned to third parties.

The rental unit is at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure.

The deposit can be paid as follows:

• Bar
• By bank transfer via bank account: Raiffeisenbank Gampel/Raron, CH82 8080 8008 2853 2453 5 / IID (BC-Nr.): 80808 / SWIFT-BIC: RAIFCH22
• By VISA or Eurocard-Mastercard credit card (indicating the credit card number and expiration date)
• Short-term reservations are made only with credit card information
• The deposit will be deducted in full from the final invoice, but will not be refunded.

We recommend every guest to take out a travel insurance.
